ADC, communications network solutions provider, announced that hosting provider, EarthLink, selected its SG-1 Service Gateway for their municipal Wi-Fi Networks, delivering enhanced access to customers

October 13, 2006 – (TopHosts News Brief) – ADC (NASDAQ:ADCT) announced that EarthLink (NASDAQ:ELNK) chose ADC’s SG-1 Service Gateway for its many nationwide municipal Wi-Fi networks.

EarthLink currently provides wireless Internet services in Anaheim, Calif. and is setting up networks in Milpitas, Calif., and Philadelphia.

ADC’s SG-1 provides an extra layer of value-added services, such as dynamic bandwidth management and content on demand, without the need to add dedicated client software. With ADC’s SG-1, hosting companies can profitably offer differentiated services and content to users based on individual user profiles.
