Web host DataHosts announced today it has implemented a one-of-a-kind remote backup service, powered by Righteous Software’s newly released backup technology

January 5, 2007 – (TopHosts News Brief) – DataHosts introduced its unique and revolutionary new SafeServer Remote Data Backup Service today, powered by Righteous Software’s Backup Server for Linux.

Offered at only $1 per gigabyte of backed-up data, the new service is available to all existing and prospective clients, regardless of whether or not they are subscribers of DataHosts Web hosting services. After signing up users can – up to once an hour – select the frequency backups taken, with a maximum of seven backups retained at any given time.
