Web hosting provider Easy CGI boosted their base affiliate commission rates for all shared hosting accounts, and implemented a performance incentive program

January 12, 2007 – (TopHosts News Brief) – Easy CGI has announced that they’ve increased their base affiliate commission rate from $80 per sale to $110 per sale.

These increases in rates apply to all shared hosting accounts. The company implemented a performance incentive program that provides a bonus based on quantity of sales referred in any calendar month. Affiliates receive a one-time bonus of $250, if they refer 25 shared hosting customers to Easy CGI. Fifty referrals will result in a bonus of $500, and 100 referrals will receive a bonus of $1000.

“With over 8000 publishers, our affiliate program has been very successful because we make it very simple to earn money by referring customers to Easy CGI,” Dan Richfield, President and C.E.O. of Easy CGI, said in a company press release. “We’re confident a base commission rate of $110 per sale will get not only renew the enthusiasm of our existing affiliates, but encourage even more affiliates to get involved as well, making our program an even greater success story. It’s an incentive too great to ignore.”

Easy CGI has also introduced a separate commission structure for VPS sales. This rate of $150 per sale is the highest in the web hosting industry.
