February 7, 2007 – (TopHosts News Brief) – Applied Innovations launched a free hosting service powered by Microsoft’s upcoming Web server technology, Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0.
Applied Innovations is one of the earliest Web hosts to offer the next-generation hosting solution. IIS7.0, a component of Microsoft Windows Server, code-named “Longhorn,” is currently in its beta software testing stage.
The company’s free Web hosting plan for IIS7.0 Beta includes 1000MB of storage space and 50,000MB of monthly data transfer. 100MB of database storage space for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is also included.
