March 7, 2007 (TopHosts News Brief) NationalNet, Inc., which provides Web Hosting and Colocation services out of Atlanta, GA, announced today that it has purchased ChiliHost of Panama City, Panama. NationalNet did not disclose the terms of the sale.
“ChiliHost, the 2006 CyberSocket Industry Choice for Web Hosting Award winner, is a leader in International web hosting and is well known as a customer-focused, high-end web host. ChiliHost brings both a strong US presence to NationalNet as well as an established European hosting solution which will be a new option for our customers,” said Bill VanVorst, Executive Vice President for NationalNet, in a company press release.
Luke Hubert, President of ChiliHost, will continue as International Marketing Manager.
NationalNet plans further acquisitions in 2007 and will continue to operate the ChiliHost brand as its International solution for customers seeking a Web hosting presence outside of the United States.
Founded in 1997, NationalNet is a privately held company with the Corporate Headquarters and Data & Network operation center in Atlanta, GA.
