March 28, 2007 – (TopHosts News Brief) – Server Intellect announced today the completed acquisition of Application Hosting provider ValiantHost, which specializes in FogBugz hosting.
The move allows Server Intellect to further develop its specialized FogBugz hosting solutions, and makes it the largest FogBugz hosting provider in the market.
Developed by Fog Creek Software, FogBugz is a unique Web-based application that allows software development teams to efficiently organize and track software bugs.
“Server Intellect has a rich history of looking toward the future and actively implementing hosting solutions that will strategically benefit our customers, both for today and tomorrow,” Eric Pratt, Managing Director of Server Intellect, said in a company press release. “By further developing our line of Application Hosting solutions, we hope to empower our developer customers with a technology that enables them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.”
Current customers will be moved to the Server Intellect brand and given access to the company’s assortment of technical support resources, including 24/7/365 helpdesk support and toll-free telephone support.
