DNS Hosting, leading ISP provider in Italy, picked Zeus Technology’s ZXTM Virtual Appliance and Zeus Web Server for their Vmware environment

Apr 27, 2007 – Zeus Technology today announced that Italy’s DNS Hosting chose ZXTM VA (ZXTM Virtual Appliance) and Zeus Web Server (ZWS) as part of their VMware environment.

DNS Hosting says they selected the new Web server system to boost performance, speed and reliability and to give them an edge in the Italian ISP market.

After testing ZWS, DNS Hosting discovered that it greatly accelerated their existing Apache Web Servers. They were also happy with both solutions in terms of ease of installation and how quickly they were able to put each of them through various benchmarking tests. DNS Hosting plans to roll out both solutions to their entire server farm.
