Aug. 21, 2007 - RatePoint, Inc. announced today it added 35 new Web hosting companies to its growing resellers list.
Founded by the former executive team of GeoTrust, RatePoint features a Consumer Approval Program, which is a highly automated, scaleable service that can be re-sold to businesses with little or no integration. Through the program, resellers can take advantage of rapidly emerging markets.
HostPC, Sprocket Networks and Five Star Hosting are among the 35 new resellers. These Web hosts have joined the RatePoint reseller community, which now consists of more than 50 companies with an aggregate reach of over 250,000 businesses.
“Web hosting companies are finding that they need to go beyond traditional value-add services like e-commerce, web design and SSL certificates to provide value to customers and maximize revenue, Neal Creighton, CEO of RatePoint, said in a Business Wire release. The RatePoint reseller program gives them an opportunity to offer a truly differentiated and high-demand service to their customers while increasing margins.”
The RatePoint Reseller Program features many key benefits, including fast, no-cost set up, allowing for fast bundling with existing hosting plans; simple API to seamlessly provide service to end-users; valuable and helpful marketing programs to drive sales; an easy-to-use account management interface; flexible payment, including pay-as-you-go and bulk purchase. It also supports 11 languages and features a simple yearly renewal process.
