September 24, 2007 (TopHosts Newswire) MaximumASP, a Microsoft Windows-based hosting services provider, announced that it will add Windows Server 2008 with Internet Information Services 7.0 (IIS7) to its dedicated server product offerings using the Windows Server 2008 Beta 3 Go-Live program.
“MaximumASP will again take the lead in the marketplace as one of the first to release a Windows Server 2008 Beta 3-Dedicated Server with IIS7, prior to the Microsoft public release,” Managing Partner Wade Lewis said in a statement issued by the company.
Customers can purchase the solution in a hosted environment now and easily migrate to the final product when it is officially released in February 2008.
The product will offer new Management and IIS7’s configuration files can be ‘shared’ across multiple servers as well as PHP and Metabase Hunting. Many of the options that were buried in the metabase file will be brought into the management areas in the new version of IIS via the ASP menu.
It will also offer DotNetNuke; a new server that allows DNN sites to run faster and in a much more stable manner.
