Web Host SpiralHosting.com Relaunches Customer Support Centre

It is part of the company’s on-going redevelopment plan. The new center aims to deal with technical, billing and sales inquiries in a more efficient manner.
It will provide flash video demonstrations to help guide customers through technical problems that may arise around the most popular aspects of Web hosting. The help desk will also provide customers with troubleshooting tips to help solve their problems faster. Customers now have the option of viewing how many support tickets are open at present from all customers, allowing them to see how busy the support department is.
