Two companies will join forces to provide business communication software.

October 5, 2007 (TopHosts Newswire) - MaximumASP, a Louisville, Kentucky-based provider of Windows-based Web hosting services, has partnered with SmarterTools.

The two companies will provide business communication software for its dedicated server customers. The software includes SmartMail 4.x, ASP.NET AJAX-based mail server, SmarterTicket 2.x and SmarterStats 3.x.

All three applications will be available at no charge to customers purchasing a dedicated server and they will own a permanent software license in their own name. The software products normally retail at nearly $500.
