October 18, 2007 (TopHosts News Brief) - Top Hosting Center, a new Montreal, Quebec-based Web hosting company, unveiled a contest that will offer one year of free Web hosting to three bloggers.
To qualify, entrants must express the importance of owning their own domain. Writing styles will be disregarded and all entries will be carefully reviewed by A-List blogger Phil Butler and PR consultant Mihaela Lica.
The top prize consists of a free one-year Top Hosting Special. The plan is normally priced at $4.95 (CAD) per month. This includes one free domain, unlimited MYSQL databases, PHP4 and search engine optimization of the new domain owner’s blog, a $300 (CAD) value. The second and third prize awards is a free Top Hosting Mega plan for winners with existing domains, a $3.95 (CAD) per month value.
“This is not a writing competition, we simply want bloggers to have fun and be rewarded for their efforts,” Eric Vanier, Top Hosting Center’s CEO, said in a statement issued by the company. “We hope this contest will raise awareness among bloggers as to THC’s genuine commitment to meeting their needs and supporting them every step of their way.”
