Web host’s customers can now choose between which version of .NET Framework they wish to use.

December 7, 2007 (TopHosts News Brief) - Kuwait City, Kuwait-based Web hosting solutions provider DNK Web Solutions Inc. announced that is has launched .NET 3.5 hosting.

The company has installed .NET Framework 3.5 and earlier versions of the solution on its production Web servers. DNK’s customers can use a real-time ASP.NET Version Chooser tool on their hosting control panel to select which version of ASP.NET they wish to use and switch to different versions without assistance. This will help to reduce service disruptions due to server migration.

.NET Framework 3.5’s features include ASP.NET AJAX, Language Integrated Query and new tools for developers to help simplify building applications using Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation.

“DNK Web Solutions is committed to being an early adopter of new .NET technology,” Osamah Alabdullah, DNK’s managing director, said in a press release. “Now, our customers can use new features of .NET Framework 3.5, such as LINQ.”
