New range of Dell servers features Intel Dual and Quad Core Xeon processors.

January 18, 2008 (TopHosts News Brief) - Easyspace, a Glasgow, Scotland-based Web hosting services provider, has unveiled its new range of dedicated servers.

The Dell servers use Intel Dual and Quad Core Xeon processors. Other features include unlimited bandwidth, 5GB of data storage/backup, Plesk control panel, Tier 1 Network/Multiple Gigabit and standard hardware fix/replace. The hardware has been designed to meet the needs of everyone from beginners to professional users. Customers can choose between Windows or Linux operating systems.

Prices start at £69.99, or $137.25 USD, a month.

“The addition of our new range of high-performance Dell/ Xeon powered dedicated servers reinforces our desire to bring to our customers the latest technologies at affordable prices,” Errol Vanderhorst, Easyspace’s Sales and Marketing manager, said in a press release issued by the company. “Recognizing that technology changes rapidly, we do not tie our customers into long term contracts, offering our servers on a month by month rental basis, to ensure that they are not left working with outdated components when the rest of the world has moved on.”
