February 22, 2008 - (TopHosts News Brief) – Provider of technology-based solutions for financial institutions, Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., today announced that it has significantly improved the functionality of its Web hosting solution.
The company has added many key features and has extended the solution’s capabilities. A key enhancement is the development of an automated system that has the ability to archive changes to both website content and images that can be tracked throughout the bank’s relationship life cycle.
“A financial institution’s website is a reflection of its identity,” suggests Lynn Boggs, CEO of Goldleaf. “A dynamic Internet presence is a necessity – not a luxury, and institutions today need to cater to the increasing online demands of their customers while remaining compliant. Being able to manage content efficiently is critical, as users need current and accurate information at all times. The enhancements to the solution and increased functionality offer a competitive advantage to Goldleaf’s customers, and we are excited to provide another value-added service to benefit both financial institutions and their customers.”
Goldleaf sought to provide its customers with a record preservation system with the ability to maintain changes made to the viewable section of their Web sites for two years. The financial institution can do screen captures to make a note of any changes and who made them. Other site enhancements include a workflow module that enables institutions to define levels of access and approval chains in addition to the added convenience of letting institutions edit content internally. The site also allows institutions to pre-create site changes that can be executed on a specific date and time.
