April 10, 2008 - (TopHosts News Brief) – Experienced web host, GoDaddy.com, is helping make the Web truly universal with Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs.)
As a Web address expressed in a native language, an IDN is assisting to revolutionize the Internet. Previously, translating western character domain names to other languages has been tricky because certain scripts such as Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic contain characters that were not supported by Web browsers.
In an effort to ease this difficulty, GoDaddy.com has made Internationalized Domain Names available in more than 100 native languages for .com and .net domain names. Furthermore, the company also plans to make available IDNs in select languages for .info later this month.

BY registering an IDN with GoDaddy.com, consumers are given the chance to build a complete Web presence in almost any language. Many of the GoDaddy.com products, such as Web-based Email and Web hosting packages, support non-Western language-based characters.
