New strategic marketing agreement now in place with Web host, Bluegenesis.com.

Oct. 24, 2008 (TopHosts News Brief) - Look Communications, which is 51.7 percent owned by Unique Broadband Systems, Inc., has sold it’s Web hosting and domain registration business to Bluegenesis for C$3.8 million.

Look and Bluegenesis will still jointly promote and share revenues from the EasyHosting brand for a 40-month period. Understandably, the deal is subject to potential post-closing adjustments.

In addition to Web hosting and domain registration, Look provides high-speed and dial-up Internet access, Web applications, Digital TV, WebMail, parental filters and virus scanning. Look has offices in Montreal (Quebec) and Milton (Ontario) and Look’s shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol LOK.

Bluegenesis has been in the SME and reseller hosting business since 1999.
