Web Host, iB3 Networks Acquires Online Dating Service

Managed Web Hosting specialist will launch online dating site in 2009.

Dec. 12, 2008 - (TopHosts News Brief)- Managed hosting specialist, iB3 Networks (OTC Bulletin Board: IBNW) has agreed to purchase NYC Mags, the owner of upscale online dating site MadisonAvenueMatch.com.

The Columbus,OH-based IT services provider made an all stock transaction to acquire the dating site which will launch in the first quarter of 2009. According to a Columbus Business First article, the company paid $75,000 for NYC Mags and the website.

Michael Jacobson, former Trump Magazine editor and the dating site creator has been appointed as President of MadisonAvenueMagazine.com by the iB3 board.

MadisonAvenueMatch.com will focus on New York City singles with busy careers and offer a complimentary 30-day trial upon launching next year.
