Web Host iWeb Ranked 31st Fastest Growing Canadian Company

The Web hosting provider experienced 1644% revenue growth since 2004 and secures highest-ever ranking on PROFIT Magazine's Profit100 list.

TopHosts.com News Brief [June 28, 2010]- Web hosting provider, iWeb (TSX.V - IWB), achieved its third consecutive ranking on the Profit100 list, placing number 31 of 100 companies selected based on 5-year revenue growth.

From $1.6 million (C$) in revenues in 2004, iWeb’s revenue climbed a whopping 1,644 percent to more than $27.1 million in 2009.

CEO Eric Chouinard credited the team for the remarkable achievement: “It is impressive to see how innovative and passionate our team has become. Everyone has put so much into reaching their targets and objectives. iWeb’s growth, almost entirely organic, is the result of this collective effort!”

PROFIT Magazine statistics also reveal that iWeb’s dedicated server capacity ballooned to 33,800 from 1,800 in 2004 representing a 1,778 percent hike. The company’s Web hosting client base grew 500 percent as well - from 4,400 in 2004 to more than 22,000 in 2009.
