Using Plesk Panel to manage your customers and their hosting experience? Here are five features in the newest version of Plesk that make it easier to do just that.
Dedicated IP for each client’s outgoing email: Not a lot of explanation required here. Every email sent by any of your web hosting clients is sent from an IP associated solely to that client. This serves two important benefits, the first being that if your client is blacklisted for sending SPAM, it only affects them and not your other customers in your install of Plesk. The second issue being, if you receive an abuse complaint about a specific client, it will now be far easier to track that client down in Plesk.
New Quick Search: Available regardless of what view you are using in Plesk, it allows you to search for anything from domain names, to email addresses, and service plans. This makes it easy to jump from one task to another while navigating your Plesk control panel.
Quick Website Preview: When one of your clients creates a new website, they can now preview it regardless of whether their domain DNS is already configured. This makes pre-launch testing of new sites far easier, and enables you to provide a better experience when migrating a customer from one web host to another.
PHP configuration control for all user types: Whether you are the Plesk Admin, a reseller, or even a customer, you can control what user types under you have the ability to adjust PHP settings on the hosting plan, subscription, and even individual web sites level.
Domain Management Features for Subdomains: You can now use all domain management features on subdomains, and system files are stored in the same structure previously used for domains, improving the consistency around performing domain related tasks in Plesk.
