It reads, “Santa Claus comes very early at iWeb” on the company’s 31 days of Christmas promotion. Who would disagree when you look at the financial results the Montreal-based Web hosting provider turned in on December 21?
Revenues (for the year ended Sept. 30, 2009) increased by 74 percent to $27.1M from $15.6M in 2008, cash flows were up to $6.2M from $3.6M and operating income improved by $524,000. You’d think any chief executive would welcome that under a tree, in a stocking or wrapped in a bow. That it was the fifth consecutive year of “high growth” makes it that much more festive.
