I prefer to use CPanel on my Linux hosting accounts and WHM/CPanel for the reseller hosting accounts I sell. For Windows accounts, which we are beginning to offer, we go with HELM and Plesk but, in my opinion, Plesk beats out HELM but that is very opinionated in the features we look for in our control panel packages and also what clients demand.
