I want to setup a website portal (content management) were I will be providing free services for registered members. Since services will be free I want to obviously mantain a low cost site. I have found various sites that provide the free & easy setup of this scripts. Some samples to follow.
Would you recommend any of this providers? If not, any suggestions?

One important fact or decision maker would be the amount of emails and subdomains being provided. Obviously, the option of a content management such as Joomla or Mambo or Drupal or Metadot, etc.
