1) All Servers are Linux
2) Our support desk is available via the phone, skype, email & MSN. We don't use premium or national rate telephone numbers.
3) All websites are backed up on a daily basis. On and off site.
4) We were formally called DJ SERVICES UK.NET for 3 years. In Sept I purchased dj services and re-launch the company as Seven Internet Ltd.
5) We employ 12 members of staff. 5 people on the support desk & 2 people on call outside office hours. We do offer customers an outside office hours for technical problems.
