Have you tried to use more targeted keywords?
Have you checked keyword statistics? There is a keyword suggestion tool at
http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/. It's free of charge. It will also tell you statistics, that you can know, how many clicks to expect for each keyword.
