Hi,

I just joined a new hosting a month in M6.net. So many problems occur in their service.

1. Website down 5 times in different day.
2. always error message as below when you want to check something, this is nearly happened 1 in 3 days

Error: Unable to change directory to /httpdocs/: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to read directory (C:\inetpub\vhosts\dejavuphotographic.com\httpdocs \): (5) Access is denied.

How can the viewer access to my website? Tried many times to complain, no one cares after your 30 days money back guarantee was gone, and has no 24/7 support.
