WORST:
www.cihost.com. They stank. Network was down all of the time, for support I was always on hold at least 45 minutes. Just terrible.
BETTER:
www.rackspace.com. Great service, great performance. Just too expensive.
BEST:
www.netriplex.com. I can't remember how I found these dudes, but the service and performance is just as good as rackspace, if not better, but their prices are normal. I have a few servers with them, even one at $99/month that screams.
