Another thing to look for in hosting plans is Fantastico, if you are looking for pre installable scripts Fantastico offers around 50 scripts to install, including a couple of online web design programs.
We use Dreamweaver here and offer Dreamweaver training out of our offices in Bath, Maine. You may want to search out hosting and design companies in your local area that offer design training. Dreamweaver has become the #1 used web design program by professional web designers.
