Actually, your web hosting does not really affect SEO if your web hosting has a 100% uptime. If your website is down at the moment, your website will not load up fast enough. Also, if you have only 1 IP, it can somehow affect your site's SEO.
Always make sure you have an unlimited bandwidth just in case you experience a sudden increase in your site's traffic.
