Well, simply as the title infers. I am looking for a service provider (for Linux/UNIX or Win) that doesnt require a credit card. I am only able to send a money order or cash because I don't have a credit card nor do I have a checking account. Eventually, I am getting PayPal but not for a while.
I need a service provider because free providers don't do it for me anymore.
Ain't that odd. <no saracasm intended, really I swear>
