Unfortunately, even with the advertising, i think that you're asking for too much with paying too little. The majority of hosts would offer that amount of space for $40 a month, not a year.
How much bandwidth and space has this site used in the past? If you'd like to contact me we might be able to come to some sort of arrangement.
