I agree. We have a 50 MB plan for $2.95. For some people, that's all they need. I couldn't imagine paying more than a few dollars for a 50 MB plan. What's important is what you do with your customers. Support, support, support! You gotta be friendly. I think prople are fed up with rude support staff.
It's the same thing as Macy's vs Marshalls. Are you paying for the label or the quality?
