Re: Does low cost mean low quality?
Of course we all know companies that will bend over backwards to help their customers, and that goes for low cost companies as well as the most expensive. A lot of this comes down to the dedication of the people involved in providing the service.
However, when the chips are down, a serious technical issue is likely to overload the cheapest companies, just because one of the big reasons they are cheap is because they don't have lots of staff to fix the problems that come up.
