Not all US companies outsourced support centres in India,China and in the other countries where a man-power so low.Don't find country which you preferred by your choice.You should find for reliable hosting services,no matter where their servers are situated.Otherwise,you always can ask your hosting provider where company' support center is and if you don't satisfied with servecis you can take your money back any time you wish.
