Advice on a host

I received an add from starlighthosting.net which offers an inclusive package at $6.99CAD, you get Plesk control panel, no bandwidth charges, no contract. Any advice? I have a simple website of recipe exchnage to host.

when you say you have received a add, do you mean junk mail? if so i would stay away from hosts that pay these junk mail companies.
