Looking for Advertising Partner for PingZine Magazine

Hello,

I am thinking of advertising in the PingZine (http://pingzine.com/), due to the high pricing (see image). I was thinking that I could partner up with some of the people here and purchase a FULL page in the magazine, then divide it into 4 sections.

The cost for 1 full page is: $2940.00 (US$).
Divided by 4 each section would cost: $735.00
Compared to the PingZine cost of $840.00

This is a saving of $105.00

I would like to make something from this so, if anyone is interested the cost would be $740.00 (I will make a whole, $15.00 on the sale of the 3 sections).

Thus the savings will be $100.00 (US$)
I will only require 1/4 of the advertising space.

OR instead of 1 page, 1/2 can also be done:

Divided by 2 each section would cost: $825.00
Compared to the PingZine cost of $840.00

Saving: $15.00
Its not worth makeing anything on the 1/2 page setup.

I will only require 1/2 of the 1/2 page advertising space.

I in no way am trying to take away from your post. I have a question for you though in regards to advertising in PingZine. I do like the magazine, however I am not sure I get the purpose of so many hosts advertising in a magazine geared towards other hosts? Unless of course you offer dedicated servers, or some web hosting control software or service different then just web hosting itself I am not sure it is an effective medium of advertising for general web hosting companies.

Any thoughts on this?

We work with PingZine, and what attracted us to it was that PZ has a decent share of consumer and webmaster readers as well as hosting exec readers.

IMHO this mag is not just focused towards WebHosts only but also towards webmasters in general.
