The demographic for free domains would be people under the age of 18, and believe me, many of them would probably falsify their information or fill out their personal information without their parents' consent. This could lead to a multitude of problems for the minor, their parents and the company.

There is also the greed issue. Since the demographic for a free domain would be people under the age of 18, they will of course not realize that it is ridiculous to ask for all of the features and upgrades that a person would normally have to pay for.

Not only do they want free unlimited domains, but they would also want free top-of-the-line hosting with all of the features, no ads, and they also do not want their personal information revealed, or for that matter, for their parents not to find about their domains. Not only that, but they want all of this to be free forever. What company in their right mind would pay for millions of domain names, not to mention the expensive hosting, for 70+ years?
