I want to buy a dedi from www.webhostingbuzz.com. They have got only managed dedis. They offer AMD Opteron 270 for $319 per month with free setup. Do you think it's an acceptable price for such dedi config?

Think it's expensive, look at the cheaper options, you can get economy dedicated plans from www.gowebsite.com or fully managed from www.valuhost.com.
