dedis from serverpoint

I plan to order a customer configure dedi from ServerPoint.com. I have heard that this company is optimized for different applications and they state that their tech support works 24/7.
Need your thoughts about this company.

ServerPoint.com seems really a great company. With their own fully redundant network and facilities, they can provide their customers with the highest possible uptime and quality environment your server needs. They specialize in cpu intensive apps and servers are designed for that.

Serverpoint.com do have different applications, but that's all for shared plans, if youy buy a dedicated server from them, you will have to install all the applications yourself, anyway, you'd better contact their support about this.
As a definite plus I see their "second month for free" action.

ServerPoint.com provides different kinds of support (ticket system, phone support, live chat, email, etc.) and reselling of dedis as well. Good for them.

It seems like serverpoint.com offers livechat only for settling pre-sales questions.You have to research into it.

It seems you are right. But I don't think it has any matter. If ServerPoint.com provides quality services by phone, it'll provide good via email and ticket system as well.

You mean Serverpoint.com has got support via phone? I couldn't find that on their site, and generally, I don't find find phone support convenient for dedicated hosting support pre-sales only.

Tell me what company don't state their support work 24/7? I advise you to send them a few emails at different time of the day and night and see how quickly they will respond you. Also ask ServerPoint.com for test IP to ping their servers. You may ask people here at forum to help you.
