Sorry, HostWW.net has a trial period only on shared and reselling plans.

I think that you can get vps deals considerably cheaper than those from the host you mentioned if you check serverpoint.com or asmallorange.com vps deals.

ServerPoint.com has started to provide even Windows VPS deals recently as well as HostWW.net.
Guaranteed RAM and burstable RAM are also specified in those plans. But do you know the difference?
