Default Think Host or Host Gator?

What do you think is better?

This is what I heard of Think Host..>

ThinkHost is a little different to most companies. Aside from offering top quality hosting with a huge range of features, including generous bandwidth and disk space allowances, unlimited domains, databases and mailboxes, plus a money back guarantee, 100% uptime guarantee and a bonus pack valued at over $400; ThinkHost is a progressive principles based company with services powered by 100% renewable energy!

Does Host Gator have 100% up time for you or people you know? I heard one person said they didn't and was upset cause they couldn't see their site running for a few minutes.

I think 100% uptime is important and great.

But, what are you thoughts on Think Host and Host Gator?

You know, 100% of network uptime is impossible. These companies has doubtful reputation and for this reason I can recommend you to look at serverpoint.com offers as an alternative to these ones. It is flexible enough to offer you the configuration you need.

100 % uptime is quite difficult to maintain, I agree.
With UPS and backup generators and top tier data centers, I understand why companies can offer this.

Check out the service level agreement and ask the web hosting company to spell out what compensation you will receive if you don't get 100 percent uptime.

If you are still looking for suggestion, I'd like to point out that hostgator has doubtful reputation in the web hosting services market. I have never used services offered from the second company. As a matter of fact, I can recommend you to have a look at webintellects.com as they are flexible enough to meet all your needs at considerably affordable price.

Taking the advantage of the opportunity, I can recommend you to check out ahosting.biz and serverpoint.com as the companies OP mentioned has doubtful reputation. Just compare these both companies and choose the best one for you as they will definitely meet your expectations.
