Speed: 100Mbps to 1Gbps download and upload 100Mbps to 1Gbps the speed are great and reliable, and on a 1Gbps server shared between 3users I have downloaded at 65MB/s and uploaded at 37Mb/s also on a good torrent, the speed stays at them levels instead if going up and down. On a shared gold but only between 3users, I have uploaded 1TB in 6days so far and one of the other guys I share the server with has uploaded 980GB, and the 3rd guy has uploaded 1.02TB.

Support: again is excellent they offer support 24/7 and you will always get a rapid responce, whether it be via team-viewer, irc, msn, Google-chat or skype.
