Any good forum hosting?

Ah, this is old question, but I am thinking of hosting a forum but do not know which hosting I should choose.
I know blog doesn't need a lot of space and bandwidth, but I heard I need to be more careful about forum since they can eat space and bandwidth kind of fast, not to mention some mentions to me that forum usually make the server load heavy.

I don't know if they are true or not, but the bottom line is, I am looking around.
