New Jersey colocation from hqhost - looking for some suggestions!

The reason for my request is that I need to know more about colocation services as I found out some nice hqhost.net colocation offers:

• 42U Full Rack with 20Am/110V + Fixed Rate 1000 Mbps bandwidth - $6000 / month
• 42U Full Rack with 20Am/110V + 500 Mbps bandwidth - $3500 / month
• 42U Full Rack with 30Am/110V + 10 Mbs bandwidth - $990 / month
• 1U server - $65/ month

So what do you think about them? What can you say about the price for such specifications?

I personally consider these colocation offers from hqhost.net to be good and the price is competitive I think, taking into account such packages. What web sites are you going to host there?
Don't forget that the location between Data Center and your place should be very close.
