Are there any automatic billing systems?

Does PayPal or any other site offer automatic billing? For example, someone subscribes (paid) and you want to set it so they get billed automatically every month.

If you just need a subscription option for your customers, then there is no better option than Paypal.

No, it isn't any of his business - if it's your money, he has no right to tell you how to spend it. He sounds a bit of a control freak to me so change your password so he can't check up on your spending.
