Re: Google Adwords and Adsense
Google AdWords is a quick and simple way to advertise on Google and its ad partners, regardless of your budget. AdWords ads are displayed along with search results on Google, as well as on search and content sites in the growing Google Network, which includes websites like AOL, EarthLink, HowStuffWorks, & Blogger. With searches on Google and page views on the Google Network each day, your Google AdWords ads reach a vast audience.
When you create an AdWords ad to run on Google and its search partners, you can choose keywords for which your ad will appear and specify the maximum amount you're willing to pay for each click. You pay only when someone clicks on your ad.
Google AdSense is the program that can give you advertising revenue from each page on your website—with a minimal investment in time and no additional resources.
AdSense delivers relevant text and image ads that are precisely targeted to your site and your site content. And when you add a Google search box to your site, AdSense delivers relevant text ads that are targeted to the Google search results pages generated by your visitors’ search request.

Re: Google Adwords and Adsense
Google Adwords is an advertising platform which allows advertisers to create and publish their ads. They can set their own budget and customize their ads the way they want to.Google Adsense allows webmasters to put Google ads on their website and earn money from it. Basically Google shares a poportion of their revenue with other webmasters.

Google Adwords is a program you can use to get listed in the search results for Google and other search engines, such as AOL, for which it supplies advertisements. You essentially create an account, insert your advertisement, pick the maximum amount you are willing to pay per click on your ad and then submit your credit card. Adwords is known as a form of pay-per-click advertising.
Google Adsense is essentially the other side of the coin. There are non-search engine sites on the web that get a lot of traffic and Google trusts. This site is one, but it is hardly an exclusive club. With Google Adsense, these sites are able to set up accounts with Google and list advertisements from Google Adwords on the sites.

Re: Google Adwords and Adsense
Google AdWords is a quick and simple way to purchase highly targeted cost-per-click (CPC) advertising, regardless of your budget. AdWords ads are displayed along with search results on Google, as well as on search and content sites in our growing ad network, including AOL, EarthLink, HowStuffWorks, & Blogger. With more than 200 million searches on Google each day and even more searches and page views on our ad network, your Google AdWords ads reach a vast audience.
When you create a Google AdWords ad, you choose keywords for which your ad will appear and specify the maximum amount you're willing to pay for each click. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad. To save you even more money, the AdWords Discounter automatically reduces the actual CPC you pay to the lowest cost needed to maintain your ad's position on the results page.
There's no minimum monthly charge -- just a $5 activation fee. Your ads start running within minutes after you submit your billing information. You can easily keep track of your ad performance using the reports in your online account Control Center.
To find out more about Google AdWords or to begin creating your ads, visit the AdWords home page.

Re: Google Adwords and Adsense
Adsense is that Google give you money for the ad Google put on your website, and the ad should be clicked by visitors of your website.
Adword is that you give Google money for traffic Google bring to your website by the ad you put on Google's own search website or the 3rd party website owners who let Google put your ad on the website.
Your adsense income may come from other website owners's adword expense.
Your adword expense may go to other website owners's adsense income.
