We invent so many Medicines to control Disease and infections but still there are so many Diseases which don't have a cure. and I think that the major reason of disease is People don't have any exercise or Walking schedule in their Life, so they Gain weight and this is one of the major reason of Disease. if they have proper diet plans and proper planning for the Work out and Walk out so I think that many disease can be Control through this way. So if you want to live Healthy make it your Habit to go for the Walk Daily and Walk at least 2km
