Pay-Per-Click Reporting Software

I'm looking for a company that provides a software or software as a service product that saves time in the compilation and reporting of pay-per-click results across Google and Bing.

Basically we run a lot of pay-per-click reports for clients and do everything in Excel currently after exporting the raw report data directly from each client's pay-per-click account.

I've investigated firms like these (SearchForce, Marin, Acquisio, Clickable, ClickEquations) they are all quite expensive with minimum monthly charges with each of them at around $5,000 per month. They all charge typically 5% of the advertising spend to use their service.

Does anyone know of other solutions I should investigate to do reports instead of continuing to use Excel. I would highly prefer a fixed monthly price instead of a percentage of advertising spend - I really can't stand that pricing model - it really doesn't fit with how we charge clients for our pay-per-click management services.

I have already brought this software. But As per mine opinion, It is useful for those users who have PPC account and who have great knowledge about PPC(Pay per click). I know that We need to pay charges for advertising.

The best PPC management tool is your brain and the keyword, ad text and landing page combos are more differences in performance than any PPC management tool, in my humble opinion. We finally settled on the Channel Advisor tool. Nothing fancy, no black box algorithms do all hands off. There was a rare tender rules were sometimes used. He gave us exactly, click on conversion and sales data that we could use to make decisions that have a variety of reports that have been helpful.

We are waiting for the Google API, we are marking, so that we can test the Pegasus Productivity Promotion Centre. It is a system that uses the Google API and pulled into an Excel macro ice from your account information. Have to see how we test.
