SEO authority Advice Needed without Impediments

I am looking for somebody to take a rapid look at my websites and tell me whether there are any immense problems with the on-page SEO. I am talking about big problems - not diminutive fixes. I have over 50 sites (all of which are self-hosted WordPress blogs) and I have spent months working on all of them, but mostly off-page. I have a sentiment that I might have made some big mistakes in regards to on-page SEO - the kind of mistakes that an "expert" could point out with his/her eyes closed. The basis that I believe that there are troubles with the on-page SEO is that I have a feeling that some pages have been penalized by Google. I in fact can't be sure since I don't know how to verify this. What I do know is how to build strong links and that's mainly what I've been liability so far. I would propose to pay for this, but I really think that it's only going to take a quick look from someone who knows what they are talking about and they'll be able to tell me if there are any big problems that I should know about.
