I've tryed to open their webpage,but any results.Maybe,they have problems with their own servers.So,how could they offer you reliable services,if their own website is downtime!!!
I think,their prices are setting too low(maybe,simulated conditions) or their services provide scarcity of disk space or there is not enough traffic for a business website.
